when I reached 2 000 000 madpoints there was a bug that made there was no 2 and I left at 1 000 000 no Box corresponds for this kind of customer service request what to do ! an idea !

I may have looked at the different categories and actually not really related to your request. The only solution would be the Other category! But it doesn't work.
